The Library is seeking people to join our book club. But it's not JUST a book club! It's a Movie/Book Club!
Each month we will show a movie based on a book the second Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. Book club members can check out copies of the book to read. On the fourth Tuesday in each month, book club members will meet to discuss the movie and the book. At times, the discussion will be lead by a scholars and at other times it will be lead by a library staff member or one of the book club members.
Here is what we have planned: |

Mystic River based on the novel by Dennis Lehane and the movie starring Sean Penn, Tim Robbins, and Kevin Bacon.
Movie: May 14 at 4 pm

10 Things I Hate About You based on the play, The Taming of the Shrew by William Shakespeare and the movie starring Heath Ledger and Julia Stiles.
Movie: June 11 at 4 pm
